Jayesh brings 28 years of experience in the corporate world, with a background in engineering, supply chain management, and people management. He has worked across diverse functions and industries, always focused on developing people and building meaningful impact through collaboration.

Jayesh has worked with leading companies like L&T, GE, and Eaton Corporation, where he successfully built and led teams from scratch, often across global and cross-functional setups. He is passionate about building strong, supportive teams and believes deeply in the power of coaching and mentorship to unlock people’s true potential.

As an ICF-trained coach and a licensed NLP practitioner from Richard Bandler’s Society of NLP, Jayesh has made it his mission to guide others through personal and professional growth. He uses coaching to help individuals strengthen their motivation, improve relationships, and build clarity in their goals—empowering them to move forward with confidence.

When he’s not working, Jayesh is an enthusiastic sports lover and has a deep passion for nature. He enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains, where trekking allows him to reconnect with nature and recharge. He is also passionate about teaching and learning, always eager to share knowledge and grow alongside others.
